Full comprehensive audit services were provided to the Commission for including completion of compliance, performance and IT Controls audits.
This service included;
- Development of a three year Risk Based Strategic Audit Plan
- Assurance Mapping of Key Agency Risks to audit activities
- Financial controls audit activity
- Operational effectiveness audits
- Collaboration with Risk Management function
- Monitoring the validation of implementation of Audit Recommendations
- Participation in Audit and Risk Committee.
Our initial three year contract was extended to five years based upon options exercised by the Commission concluding on 30 June 2021, due WA Government auditor rotation.
