For the last four years we have provided procurement and financial evaluation services to the Department in relation to several major contracts. Initially providing costing model services, we subsequently undertook due diligence work on shortlisted proponents.
We completed a comprehensive review of the Metropolitan Family Violence Court, including preparation of a detailed costing of the process.
Under a co-sourcing arrangement, 2020 Global provided various internal audits including planning, execution, reporting and executive meetings for the following Departmental activities:
- Criminal Screening,
- Occupational Health and Safety, and
- Procurement and Contract Management Processes.
