For the past 12 years we have provided financial assessment services in relation to private sector entities (small to ASX and multinational) seeking prequalification to deliver major procurement projects, in addition to conducting more detailed assessments at the time of actual tender.
For major projects, we conducted risk assessments of potential suppliers’ participation in the projects, including of financial capacity, staffing, contract management and delivery.
